Did you know that some “fat” people are healthier than skinny people? Did you know that some “skinny” people have super high metabolisms and would love to gain some weight? Did you know that people who are slightly overweight actually live longer than people who are underweight? Did you know that making someone feel bad for their imperfections does NOT help them break their bad habits (like over eating or under eating)? Did you know that words can do a lot of damage to a person’s self-esteem? Did you know that there are lots of reasons for being overweight – and lots of reasons for being under weight, too?
